I'm really bad at writing these things, but here goes. I've lived my whole life in sunny Southern California. I do web development and IT systems administration. I'm a real computer nerd, but I don't think it defines who I am.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Although I have relatively little experience with CS, I think it is truly revolutionary and really forward-thinking. My couch is always open to anyone who needs a place to crash. I love meeting new people and getting a different perspective on the world.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I haven't surfed or hosted yet, as I'm pretty new, but I'm really looking forward to getting more involved.

Interests

I enjoy the outdoors: motorcycle riding, snowboarding, water sports, fishing, mountain biking, hiking, camping, skateboarding. I like playing soccer, baseball, and American football. I like social technologies such as Digg, Facebook, and Twitter. I like to know what's going on in the world by skimming through news RSS feeds.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like comedy movies. Pretty much anything with Will Ferrel. My favorite TV shows are The Office and Arrested Development. I don't read as much as I should, but when I do I like to read non-fiction. I'm reading this really interesting book about the Chicago mob right now.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing thing I've ever seen recently would be LeBron James' last second shot to win the game against the Orlando Magic in the NBA Eastern Conference Finals.
