ABOUT ME

Theater is very much a part of my life both as a spectator and as a participant, but mostly in the winter. During the summer, I can't be confined inside. I'm too busy trying some sort of new activity, but I never seem to stick to any one thing to be any good at any of them. I'm teaching my daughter to be a traveller as well. She has already been to two continents (not including North America). And she's learning Chinese. I've taken up Spanish to prepare for my 2013 trip to Peru. Care to lend a hand? I need a practice partner.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

A place to stay in Mid-Michigan. A meal, a conversation, advice. I hope that I can gain these things in return when I travel.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Before I joined CouchSurfing, I "couchsurfed" old school. Staying with friends, family and fellow travellers I met along the way. My first official CouchSurfing experience was in Jan 2011 when I went to the Dominican Republic. This is the way travel was meant to be.

Interesses

I love theatre, live music performances, art festivals, hiking, bicycling, kayaking and generally anything gets me outdoors.
