Just got back home (to Slovenia) from my 4 month long solo backpacking adventure through South East Asia. I'm slowly settling down at my new job as a journalist and PR, but at the same time planning new adventures around the world. I'm a storyteller, I laugh and talk a lot, but I hate smalltalk. I'm also a good listener, especially if the person I'm talking to is passionate about the stuff she/he has to say :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to see the world, to meet inspiring people, talk to strangers, explore, to make new friends and to make new memories. I love the idea of opening your home to new interesting souls and showing them around. But I'm also very new at this, since I've always been staying in hostels and forgot about this amazing option everytime.

I come from a small country that is all-too-often overlooked yet unexpectedly delightful - Slovenia. Yes, that's in Europe. And no, it's not same-same as Slovakia. Our capital city, my hometown is called Ljubljana. I know, it is a tough word and a tongue twister. But it will make you fall in love with once you visit it. And yes, I can be your local tour guide for a day :) It's the people you meet that make travel the rich, vibrant experience.
