About Me

Okay, let's be honest. I need you to read this carefully before sending your request to me.

My name is Fitri and I'm an Airbnb operator, running a homestay business in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, 700 metres from Petronas Twin Towers.

For 2017, I am aiming to host 100 couchsurfers from all countries around the world, no matter what gender, race and religion you are believe in. So tentatively I allow not more than 20 couchsurfers per month, and i will change my status to "Not Accepting Guest" once I achieve the target for that specific month. Currently I hosted 20 guests because I just started hosting on 1st February 2017. I am looking for another 80 couchsurfers more :)

I allocate one apartment unit of mine just to help and serve all couchsurfers like you. However, I still need to pay the rent of 750 USD per month for that specific unit. You don't have to pay anything, but I really have a strict requirements and rules. I would really appreciate if you can follow all of these:

1- You may arrive at my apartment 3 pm onwards and you have to leave at 12 afternoon. I can host you maximum only 2 nights. Before you, many couchsurfers requested to extend the stay, but I couldn't allow that because I want to help the others too. Maybe because of comfortable queen bed and duvet, together with 70-100 Mbps internet speed and walking distance to Twin Towers, who doesn't like it, right?

2- It is my tradition that you have to go out and breakfast with me at least once, so that I can meet u you personally, knowing your name and we will share our stories and experiences during breakfast. Later on I will record a video of you and then in the video you will tell about Malaysia so that I can post it on my instagram and spread the LOVE from Malaysia, to all over the world! Oh ya, you can search my instagram account https://www.instagram.com/premiumsuites/?hl=en and you may search me on Facebook using this name: Fitri Salleh

3- I am not with you all the times. IF you can speak a good English and you have a great common sense, then I will serve and entertain you more; by bringing you to certain place. There will be times, when i am outstation, camping, hiking or travelling, I couldn't meet you but I still can provide you a place to sleep at night.

So, if you arrive in my apartment and I'm not there, I will guide you to do self check in, which means you have to take the key from the mailbox by yourself and go to my house. Have a good rest in there and we gonna meet later.

4- It happens many times before, couchsurfers arrive here and they always think that my apartment is a hotel and they are so afraid that I will charge and collect money from them. I am not doing it, please don't get me wrong.

5- Please do not smoke inside my house, but you can do that on the balcony. Everyone will be given 1 access card, but if you lost it I will charge you 50 USD.

6- You must write me a reference, before you are going out from my house. As a human being, I believe it is so RUDE for not appreciating a person who gives you a place to sleep. Many of you told me you gonna write it later, but that's bullshit. In the end nothing's written. I don't need all great references, please make sure it comes from your heart.

If I have bad references, at least other couchsurfers know that I am not God.

Optional: If possible if you can cook your local food so that I can taste it :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Since currently I am staying exactly in the Kuala Lumpur City Centre, I would love to make friends with anyone and willing to accept guests no matter which states and countries you are coming from :)

Interests

I am a good listener, that's for sure. However, I am more interested towards culture, tradition, food and general knowledge about your country. Since I am also a real estate agent, much appreciated if you can share laws and policies in property industry, back in your hometown.
