This isn't very easily summed up with words; I guess my philosophy will have to be inferred by my behavior and my beliefs on a whole lot of specific matters.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've only lived in Juneau for a little over year, but hopefully I can help people find things to do around town, and can be good company over drinks. Unfortunately I cannot host at this time (maybe next time I move).

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I couchsurfed in Europe, and stayed in couches in Berlin and Koln, Germany. Aside from the couches I stayed on, couchsurfing helped me meet some people in different towns who were great company for an afternoon.

Interests

Marine ecology, hiking, research cruises, cephalopods, photography, architecture, thunderstorms, politics, cooking; many more things that I can't think of off the top of my head right now.
