ABOUT ME

I consider myself to be an open-minded, positive and adventurous person who is always willing to learn new things. I have a passion for travelling, biathlon, music, books and foreign languages. My goal in life is to travel the world and see all seven continents. I have a longing to experience new cultures and learn all I can about this big world.

For what's it worth, it's never too late to be whoever you want to be. There is no time limit to start whatever you want. You can change or stay the same, - there are no rules to this thing. You can make the best or worst of it. I hope you make the best of it, I hope you feel things you have never felt before, I hope you meet people with different points of view, I hope you live a life you are proud of. And if you find that you are not, I hope you have the strength to start all over again...

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I like to believe that the couchsurfing community is more than just providing travellers a couch to rest for a night or two. The true spirit of couchsurfing is about meeting people from all over the world, getting to know them, their culture, history and what got them into couchsurfing in the first place. Travelling makes you stronger, it builds your opinions and gives you incredible life experiences and interactions with other people. Attempting to connect and share spontaneous times with individuals - that is what makes CS special. It's not necessarily about where you go or how long you are visiting, it's about what you do when you are there, the people you meet and the memories that are created.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have surfed in the Netherlands, Ireland and Gibraltar as far as I can remember, and I have hosted some really nice people in the Netherlands, the United Kingdom and now back home in Estonia. All my experiences have been extremely diverse and amazing so far!!!

Music, Movies, and Books

I love reading pretty much everything! I also like good movies, whether it be a drama, comedy, horror movie or cheesy romcom. I love to discuss books/films, especially the ones with twisted ends and endless points of view. With music I go almost for everything, especially if partying! Otherwise, I totally go for classical, ambient and trance.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hard to say what to call 'amazing', but there are some good memories which I like to think about as something very special:
- helping an orphanage in India
- biking through Slovenia and Croatia in a piping hot sun 700 km in total
- doing a wilderness trail in Australia

Teach, Learn, Share

I love teaching, learning and sharing. To my mind, that is how you enrich your body, soul and mind. That's why I am open to literally anything. You are more than welcome to teach me whatever you feel you are good at. Since I love trying new things, I am always up for anything! I love sharing the experiences, good or bad, funny or sad, that's the whole point. After all, life is all about experiences!
