ABOUT ME

I'm the flying Dutchgirl that loves wine and poetry. Besides that I'm very fond of languages, cooking, traveling and colour matching.
I left Amsterdam for Italy ten years ago and I just ended up staying. Since a couple of years I'm dividing my time between Bologna and Palermo and I move so often I'm not able to host.
I'm up for coffee and drinks though!

Wine (!!), poetry, Sicily, past decades (60s and 70s), bumblebees, traveling, languages, reading, writing, adventures, every immaginable shade of gold, synesthesia, whiny singer/songwriters, the Mediterranean cuisine, afrobeat, jasmine, coffee and cigarettes, Pablo Neruda, the smell of pretty, Essaouira ocean wind, skyscraper feet, market grocery shopping, spices, tangibility and herons.

I have a talent for foreign languages, colour matching and running into strange adventures. Besides that I'm quite a decent cook (fish!) and I can suggest some quirky little bar in practically every Italian town!
