I am Marie and I travel in Asia for my social project TrendEthics !

I am simple, easy to live, discreet! I just want a roof to sleep well in quiet. I do not smoke and leave the places always very clean!

TrendEthics is a social business incubator project dedicated to the emergence of ethical fashion brands while allowing structured workshops to train women, to highlight local skills and enhance social entrepreneurship in Asia. The project is structured in 2 parts:
1 / Install micro-project cooperatives, weaving / stitching according to local needs.
2 / Provide opportunities by allowing them to produce customer orders (the own brands or collaborations with designers or other external commands)

TrendEthics currently launched its first program in Kachin state in northern Myanmar by launching a small collection of clothing with the brand Jingpaw. This workshop existed but this program allows to perpetuate the traditions Kachin, propose Community life (they live above the shop), support vocational training and ensure their employment.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

In Paris, I was host to my home via another site and I loved to meet people from everywhere !!! Here in Asia, I prefer to go to home stay to immerse myself to the maximum in the local culture! Also, and I admit, my budget is very limited because I work for free for this project which I care to help the local minorities. I invested a lot of money and I have to work a lot beside to live more !!! The two handsets, I would be delighted to get to know you by staying at home! ;-)
