ABOUT ME

Hi guys!

I am from Sao Paulo, Brazil, but I have been living abroad for a couple of years.

My first time living outside of my home country was in Canada, where I studied part of my university. I can say that this was one of the most remarkable experiences of my life since I could have contact with people from all over the world and experience extremely negative temperatures (-45C to be exact! haha). I also lived in Milan and I am now living in London.

Because I am a very social person, I usually travel using Airbnb. When it is not possible, I use Couchsurfing or stay in hostels where I can socialise. Apart from that, I love learning new languages, teach about my culture and share everything I know!

PHILOSOPHY

I don't have any philosophy actually, I just like to keep my mind opened to new experiences and this is what matters for me. I don't care for material things, I think that the most important thing in a person is what she/he is and not what she/he has.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

For now, I cannot host, but I intend to have a place for myself soon, and when this happens, I'll host for sure :)
I love travelling and using Couchsurfing for me is awesome! I don't wanna go to places and just take photos, I wanna go deep, know the culture, making friends, open my mind!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far, all my experiences with CS were great and I still keep in touch with all my hosts. So, if you host me, prepare yourself to laugh, talk about everything (I'm super curious and I ask many things - and for sure I love when you guys ask me things too), and make a good friend :)

I love so many... it's difficult to make a list of it... but I movies and books I enjoy comedies, suspense, romance and adventure. About music, I like all types, mainly rock, pop rock and EDM.

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

My dream always was study in a different country, but I've never had money for that. So I started my university in Brazil (geology) and I applied for a scholarship in Canada, and based on my grades and resume I got it and I am very proud of that! I also participated in a research on Canada where I had the opportunity to go to Arctic in an icebreaker ship. I love sharing this experience :)

I like learning new langagues and cultures and teaching about Brazil and my experiences in Canada. I'm happy to learn everything you want to teach me :)

Cosa posso offrire ai padroni di casa

I can cook for my hosts and teach them about Brazilian, Canadian and Italian culture since I lived in these countries. In addition, I can also help my host to practice Engish, since I've worked as an English teacher.
