Hi there !

My name is Flavio and I'm from Lyon where I live since I was born.

I'm able to talk in English and currently I'm studying German. Obviously, I can speak French and Italian too which are my native languages : my grandparents came into France in 1960, as many Italians at this time.

I'm an happy person, curious, friendly, I can adapt myself for many things. I'm open-minded, calm, a good listener and I love make jokes even if sometimes no one laugh lol =(
I used to play soccer, I can cook ( not sophisticated meals but I'm coping fine), I follow a little bit football but I don't understand everything. I like to go out with friends, why not with my host, and go to concerts too.

If you host me, I would like to live, just for one night or two weeks and more(it depends how many time I will stay), as YOUR way of life, without you'll have to adapt to me.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I subscribe on Couch surfing to explore many countries an meet new people at the same time. One of my friend talked to me about his experience that's why I subscribe. I'm very curious to learn about other ways of life. I've already travel around the world but every time I went in hotel, without learning new things about people who lived in those countries. I would like to enrich my culture. I want to share funny experiences and welcoming moments with strangers people.

I will see how it gonna be with my experiences on this site and I hope to be able to host someone in the future. I'm very excited about those future experiences !!!

Music, Movies, and Books

My favorite singer is Bruce Springsteen since I'm a little boy ! I grew up with his music, his lyrics and I currently continue to hear it. He has a very important place in my family: everyone listen at him. He's one of my family in a way. Obviously I listen actual music and I like other sorts of music : reggae, country, rock, pop, movie's music and Rap (Italian and French rap mostly).

"I walk the Line" with Joaquin Phoenix is one my favorite movie : it's the Johnny Cash's biography, I dicover it when it came out and it encourage me to listen Johnny Cash's music which I still enjoy !
"Pulp fiction" too !! I was very amazed by this movie the first time I saw it, I'm still amazed even if I saw it one hundred times maybe =)
I have many favorite movies buth those are the most important I think
"Harry Potter saga" both of the publications, from the first to the eight : I really enjoyed them, I read them three time easily.
"Astérix and Obélix" which is a french comic is one my favourite books too. I read them when I was a little boy and I still continue to read them.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I don't know if I've already done something amazing... May the time I run on the street just to try to see my favorite soccer player when his team came in my city! Beautiful memories

On a website I don't know if I can find something to share with hosts but I'm pretty sure that going out on the streets or just drinking in a bar we can find many things to share about travels, personnal experiences, music, politics, news and others !
