About Me
Hmmm... Decided that my 30s would be a great time to go back to college and finally finish a degree! I've just graduated in December after studying Anthropology. Trying to get into that Archaeology game (been on two excavations!).
Happily married to the guy on the left (Jeremy) in the profile photo. We live in beautiful, historic Hillcrest here in Little Rock, Arkansas. We have way too many animals (two elderly miniature schnauzers, a giant schnauzer, an evil cat, and a chill turtle).
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Discovered CS through a friend of a friend who is now a friend. Wined and dined a few surfers who he brought over. Met and shared culture with some great people and looking to meet more.
Have hosted many (amazing) surfers and met many others through dinner parties that I used to host in Arkansas.
I love meeting people from other cultures and sharing our traditions.
Interests
Reading, fantasy, gaming, jogging, hiking, drinking, cooking, drinking sangria on the back patio.
Indie music, live music, dance music, bluegrass music, soul-filled music, new music that sounds like old music.
Being there when I can, hearing about it when I cannot.

Music, Movies, and Books
Movies: Though I'm really bad at remembering actors/directors, I do LOVE movies. I love having scary movie night, but I often can't look at the screen during scary parts.
Music: Trashy pop, Mint on Spotify.
I love live music, but I have been ignoring it a lot lately.
Books: Hit me with that High Fantasy shit, bro.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Best moment of my life was when my friend and I almost drowned in a river, she pops up out of the water, pulls out a (somehow) dry cigarette, and asks for a lighter.
Teach, Learn, Share
I love to learn, but hate to study. I am learning how to cook a diverse range of delicious vegan foods. Love to share what I know, or be schooled on ways to do it better.
Sharing or cooking a meal with someone is one of my favorite hobbies.
Share: A bed, a couch, friends, food, drink, and hopefully an unforgettable experience.
Countries I’ve Visited
Portugal, Spain, United Kingdom
