About Me
CURRENT MISSION
I want to see Europe soooooo BAD!
ABOUT ME
I love to travel and to see new things. It's weird because every time I get back from a trip I feel different. It's almost therapeutic in a way. I've drove pretty much throughout the entire United States, but I really want to get out of the country. I'm a recently graduated student and I have some money to burn. I want to see Europe. Being a huge fan of history and Western Civ, I've always wanted to take the Grand Tour. Maybe I won't see everything this trip, but it's a good start.
PHILOSOPHY
I used to spend a lot of time trying to figure things out: about life, people, places, why things happen. There's nothing wrong with thinking; you just have to make sure you balance that out with actually experiencing things in life.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I've hosted someone but beyond that I'm waiting to be hosted. Booyah.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
The best so far was thanks to some great friends who let me stay with them in Austin, Texas for two nights. I got to see one of my favorite bands who just happened to be playing the nights I was there. On a separate occasion, I stayed with the same friends and I got to experience the best that Austin has to offer: South By South West.
Interests
Travel, writing, girls. Only the basics. But seriously, I love trying out new things. I'm a big fan of my motorcycle, and I recently started a blog to try and get my creative juices flowing. It's difficult to write, sometimes, but I it feels like a worthy endeavor. You never really know how you feel about an event in your life until you get it out on paper. I'm hoping, if I get nothing else out of my upcoming trip, to at least get some things to write about.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Just driving across the United States was fantastic. When you really take a country in (especially your own country) you finally realize why so many people love it. The U.S. has its share of good and bad, but traveling across its entirety gave me perspective. Hell, as long as you don't bring up religion or politics, we're all basically the same.
Teach, Learn, Share
There's so much I would love to learn that I don't know where to begin. I can only teach what I've experienced and learned in life and in school, so we'll start there.
