ABOUT ME

I'm a French student (among other stuff) expatriated for at least one year in Bologna, Italia

I'm not the most talkative guy in the world but i really like to listen to people, when they can learn me something or just telling me about their life!

My objective for this year is to improve my level of italian and to discover the culture of this country that is, even if closed geographically to France, very different from the one of my country

At a longer term, i would say that the only thing that will be important for me is going on travelling and learning from people, maybe discovering Asia!

PHILOSOPHY

Actually my personal philosophy is "under construction" , I think a lot, every time, and my friends often laugh about the way in which i can be at the same time "there" and "not there".. For now i believe in the balance of Nature and the Elements; I hate the routine and that's a reason why hosting/travelling is very important to me

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

My italians flatmate started welcoming Couch surfers, and i told myself it must be a good way to discover a place with a people who knows it well and can learn you about its story, its lifestyle..

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My flatmate hosted Yongmin at home and I decided to follow him on his trip! I was first hosted in Parma, then with my corean friend in Mantova, Verona and Padova. Only great people, gret experiences!

Interests

Wow,I could say before starting that i really enjoy learning new knowledges

Yet time is missing.. For me, one of the reason among which life has to be lived is EATING : but not just to fill your stomach - to discover new meals, new tastes, fusion of foods, sweet&sour mix, to share something with people.. Food is for me one way to cross the barrier language : you can know about someone eating something that he/she cooked for you!

Then, i like walking around to discover unknow places, a nic pub as much as a beautiful monument, or a powerful landscape (of which i can take a picture if conditions are good)

Then.. sport, reading, listening to music etc etc..

Music, Movies, and Books

I used to listen principally to Hip Hop music, mostly 90s East coast sound and french "Nouvelle vague", but now i listen more to minimal music, deep house (not house eh, deep house).. I know that both of these music styles can be difficult to appreciate but in any case i'm very open musically :)

I also enjoy reading but i don't do enough to my mind; "La dame dans l'auto avec des lunettes et un fusil" by Japrisot, "Le chien de minuit" by Brussolo are 2 books that i read and really smashed me, I also spend good time reading D. Kennedy's novels

About movies, my favourite are the ones with an end that makes you get crazy! So it can be The Mist as well as The Shawsank Redemption.. But one think about movies : i never remember them unluckily..

Spending a night in a prison in Warsow, Poland (i'm not a murderer, promise!)

I would like to share about cooking, i'm quite a beginner but i'm very motivated about this!
I don't know what to teach but it's not possible that i don't know anything that could interest you :)
