About Me

DON'T PANIC !

i am a 33 y.o. french citizen , i have been living 12 years abroad in ireland, netherlands, hungary, romania, switzerland and a bit in Germany before the wind blew me back to my wonderful homeland: Brittany. I am now waiting for Ford Prefect to take me with him....

Regarding my personnality? hmmm this you will have to find out by yourself....
a small summary: spontaneous, enthousiatic about nonsense and stupid things, cheese and wine lover, most of the time laid-back kind of person

Always dreamt about being a journalist, and ended up building windmills or trying to recycle your wastes across Europe. And damn; you are leaving too much behind... yes you do.

I had many surprising and crazy experiences in my life (this includes a crazy donkey, gipsy mafias, dutch police, gaelic sports, corrupted people, some alcohol, a bear, some sheeps, etc...) and I am very happy about it, I hope it will continue.
Once I tried to steal a space-ship... but 3 arms were needed to pilot it... a big disappointment in my life...
I have never been really consistent regarding choices I made in my life , but hey?! Who really is nowaday?...

PHILOSOPHY:

All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy

Nobody expects the Spanish Inquisition!

"He who travels without encountering the other does not travel, he moves" -Alexandra David-Neel-

"I do not agree with what you have to say, but I'll defend to the death your right to say it." -Voltaire-

“How can you govern a country which has 246 varieties of cheese?”
― Charles de Gaulle-
“Give me a good sharp knife and a good sharp cheese and I’m a happy man.”
― George R.R. Martin-
“Dessert without cheese is like a beauty with only one eye”
― Jean Anthelme Brillat-Savarin-

and, whenever and wherever you go on trip, always have a towel with you.
-Ford Prefect-

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because I want to meet you!!!!!

I am opened to welcome people, even small groups. ======> do not forget to check the home section

I have been back now in my native Brittany for a small while. And I'd happily host anybody who would wish to explore the beautiful Trégor area.

I used not to be bound up by that "CS is spiritual bla. bla. bla" concept but too many people are missing the real meaning of CS in recent days. Please keep in mind that couchsurfing is not the same as booking and sleeping in a room in a hotel/hostel/airbnb for free: you (and I) are supposed to look for someone to meet, not only a place to sleep: keep that in mind when you fill your profile and send a request.

Interests

travelling, learning, listening, sharing, reading, party, football, concerts, good food, good wines, good cheeses,a pint in a pub with salt&vinegar crips, BBQ, nice lettuce, laughing about everything... and sharing all this with others.
Did I mention the cheese? cause I love cheese.

I really like History, that was my favorite topic at school. You can start to understand the world you live in if you learn about its past.

And I am a grand amateur of cheese... something sounds redundant here...

Did I mention I like cheese? especially with a good wine, I can teach you that vice.

History: we all learn different things depending on where we are from... sometimes it is cultural, sometimes it is difference of point of view, sometimes it is govermental propaganda, I like to discuss about it and learn new things.
Same with current events.
