My name is Flo! I was born in Scotland but raised in Canada and now I'm back. I'm excited to start my own self sustainable small holding in the near future. I recently purchases 3.5 acres of land in Scotland near Banff, and I have so many exciting projects on the go. I recently opened a tiny honesty farm shop to sell some produce and art from and have turned a portion of the land into community gardens.
I used Couchsurfing a lot in my early 20s, both staying and hosting, but I guess my account has reset/lost its reviews? Not sure how that happens but now I'm back on and I see it's changed a lot! I wont be paying for the verification as I don't use the platform that often, usually I do Trusted HouseSitters these days but I'm not finding any that line up with my travel plans. I'm happy to share my socials and reviews on THS or my Woofing platform.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on my way down to London to pick up my partner and help him drive back up to my land has he's not been feeling well and it's too much of a drive for him. I'd like to make my way down slowly and make a bit of an adventure out of it, maybe meet some like-minded people along the way and get some inspiration for the projects I'm working on on my land.
