Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love the idea of being able to travel without having to pass by the hotel/hostel system... it really opens up new horizons, makes it easier to meet people and seems more natural.

Interests

Learning what makes a place tick, staying in places long enough to 'know' it, mixing with the people that live there rather than going to the tourist attractions.
