I am here because I couch surfed by accident on my Europe trip and loved it. That trip helped me acquire a thirst for travel, for nature, for the city, for culture, for people... I am excited for life and am constantly in awe of it.

I am travelling through SE Asia with my boyfriend Chris for the next 6 months.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

After 'accidentally' couch surfing I'm hoping to experience it some more, through the proper channels! We are also keen to meet people who live in the places we visit; to see the real life there and make some friends.

兴趣

I quite my job in fashion to come travelling and hope to study something different when I return home. I am trying to do some volunteering while away this time as I want to pursue a career that is a bit more fulfilling and hopefully give something back..! I love animals of all sizes and I'll never turn down a drink.

Book wise, I'm trying to make a start on the classics... we'll see how that goes. I have Thus Spoke Zarathustra with me although I admit I am a bit intimidated by it at the moment.
I will usually read a book in one sitting because I'm too impatient for the ending.
I'm one of those boring people who listens to all kinds of music, but at a push I'd probably say Motown is my favourite genre.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

For me, standing just above the St John Kaneo church in Ohrid is one of the most amazing things I have seen. I was planning to visit Ohrid for months and this is one of the first images the pops up on a Google search. It took my breath away to see with my own eyes, and realise how far I had come and all I had done since leaving home to travel.
(also hitch hiking with a nun was fun)
