ABOUT ME

All about myself... I am the kind of person who, late at night, staring at a text box on his screen, ponders on the deceptively challenging task of defining his identity in a few simple sentences.

Like most people on CS, I am open, easygoing and curious. I want to learn more about myself and the world through travelling and found it to be a life changing experience.

I spend a lot of time with friends, working on new projects and ideas. Lately I've also spent a lot of time on photography and began to teach at my university.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My experiences with couchsurfing have been nothing but amazing. I met several good friends via couchsurfing and feel grateful for being part of this community.

Interests

Music, philosophy, travelling, politics, photography, psychology, climbing, doing anything with good friends and all the other stuff I can't think of right now.

What I enjoy more than anything else: To talk with someone fascinating through all the night, till the first light of dawn.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Ascending mount Sri Pada at the night of Buddhist new year. Moving with the crowds of pilgrims. Being greeted by the monks at the monastery on the peak. Watching the sun rise over Sri Lanka.

Teach, Learn, Share

I have a masters degree in physics and gave lectures and seminars at university level. So in case anyone is interested in physics in general or chaos theory and quantum mechanics in particular, let me know. :)
Right now I'm doing a master in economics.
