My name is Florence. I was born and raised in Brussels by a Belgian dad and a Chinese mom, so I've always lived in a multicultural environment. Discovering our beautiful world and its people is clearly a dream I am pursuing whether by travelling or welcoming people in my country.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

The best way to learn about other countries is to actually see them with our own eyes and by meeting people, sharing their culture, their food, their languages.. and of course, good moments ! I think that is what Couchsurfing is all about : Sharing and opening our mind to the world !

Intereses

My love of languages is probably what pushed me to study English and Chinese translation in the past. Couchsurfing is such a great and fun way to meet people to practice languages with.

Cooking has always been a passion. I just love preparing and sharing food with family and friends. It would be a real pleasure for me to cook and share traditional recipes with people from all over the world. Writing a cookbook gathering all those recipes is a dream of mine.

Unfortunately, I haven't got my own place yet so I can't host people for the night. But if you're looking for a guide through the city and want to go out like "Brusselians" do, that'd be my pleasure !
