COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My favorite couch surfer branch, helped me out in Jo'burg. While i was running out of money my departure flight was 10 days later than expected and she managed it to host me the whole time, despite the trouble her landlord made because of me!! branch, i will never forget, thanks

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

A different culture than the culture i grew up in:

I was volunteering in Uganda Kampala for 2 and a half months as a physiotherapist. I mainly worked with kids and the open hearts i could see took my breath away and helped me to see this world and the society in a different picture.

After this time i travelled for another 5 months:

East Africa (Uganda,Rwanda,Tanzania,Kenya)
Southern Africa (Malawi,Mozambique,Swaziland,S outh Africa)

amazing, breath taking,sad, beautiful, so chameleonic

changed my life

how many movies do we have to watch to keep ourselves from mobilizing against the two class society? how much money do we have to spend on big tv screens, cars, houses, swimming pools, sport players salary...
why does a charwoman is compared to the expenditure of time earning less than a lawyer? why are we still sitting at home and keep ourselves from doing sth. that this stops? I question myself and you. thanks
