I'm a friendly, easygoing and open minded person, I really appreciate the different ways of thinking about random subjects (I love to have deep conversations but also talk about funny/simple things in daily life). I like to learn from other cultures, I'm respectful and tolerant as much as I can. I love to party, to hang around, to try new activities and all kind of adventures, I can adapt myself :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I became a regular member at the CS meetings in my hometown, I was there as much as it was possible and I keep great memories. I think CS is the best way of meeting people around the world, share cultures and have good vibes while traveling or receiving people :)

I love music (who doesnt'?!): I enjoy different kinds of music: rock, pop, latino/mexican music, jazz, classical, bossanova, etc. Some of the artists I listen often: The Beatles, Pink Floyd, Queen, Led Zeppelin, Radiohead, Guns n' Roses, Aerosmith, Fiona Apple, Joaquín Sabina, Andrés Calamaro, Café Tacuba, Lila Downs, Tigres del Norte, Juan Gabriel, José Alfredo Jimenez, etc...
I also enjoy watching movies, from the blockbusters to less known films. Some of my favorite movies: Annie Hall, Match Point, The godfather, Los olvidados, Amélie, A clockwork orange, Melancholia, Amores perros, Kill Bill, Eternal sunshine of the spotless mind, Back to the future, The silence of the lambs, Fight club, Inception, Cidade de Deus, Todo sobre mi madre, Battle Royal, From dusk till dawn, Bram Stoker's Dracula, Slumdug millionaire, The lord of the rings, Grease, The lion king, Alice in wonderland, Avatar, Toy Story, El laberinto del fauno, etc...
I must say I don’t read a lot but some of my favorite books: the fear of freedom (Erich Fromm), Rayuela (Julio Cortazar), the unbearable lightness of being ( Milan Kundera), le petit prince (Antoine de Saint-Exupéry), several of Gabriel Garcia Marquez, etc...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

A 3 day trek in the Colca Canyon in Peru, the views were amazing, it was a very peaceful experience for me. To swim in a cenote in Mexico, it’s such a mystical place , I loved it. I enjoyed a breathtaking sunset in Santorini, simply incredible.
