Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I see it as an interesting way to meet people and share moments with travelers (by travelers I mean people who really go somewhere to be shocked and amazed, who are ready to change their mind or their way to think). Japan is a very touristic destination and I often see people traveling as consumer. By living in Japan, I'm really far away of all of the cliches that these people are looking for so it's hard for me to communicate with them. But I would be more than happy to show "my" Japan to travelers who are interested! And I really hope these travelers will be able to open my mind on their own culture or tell me about countries they visited.
