Overview
About Me
Easy going and soft hearted, I love to smile and laugh all the time! I tend to always have a positive and optimistic regard on things. I also strongly belive in the importance of being inclusive and open towards everyone, as I belive everyone has something interesting to share!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Never hosted nor surfed yet, but I think this is a great opportunity to meet amazing peeps! And also to visit places with an insight from people that actually live there!
Interests
I love making my own stuff (making furniture form recycled materials, growing food, cooking, etc.) and share those activities with other people. I just love learning always more! Most recently I have fallen in love with sailing. I love to spend time outdoors, in the sun or in the snow. I enjoy simply walking around and exploring Montreal as other cities.
As a student in Urban studies, I am also very passionate about all the questions concerning the use of public spaces! I am interested in pretty much anything that engages with that subject matter (arts, politics, urban gardening, etc.).

Music, Movies, and Books
There are lots of movies I like. Here are a few of my favorites, mostly because of their ambiance and/or the funky furry caracters : Beasts of the Southern Wild, Where the Wild things are, The Future, Me You and Everyone We Know, I am not There, The Never Ending Story, Gremlins, Star Wars.
I listen to a lot of different music styles going from Rockabilly to Funk, Blues, Folk, Manouche, Electro swing, and even sometimes a little Hip hop. I have a special love for quebeker's folk-trash music (Quebec Redneck Bluegrass Project, Bernard Adamus, Canailles, Cartel Pigeon, Streat Meat, Les Colocs, etc.).
When it comes to books, Lucien Francoeur, Charles Bukowski and Miranda July are some of the authors I really enjoyed reading.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Crashing a sailboat competition in Mexico, arrrrr!
Teach, Learn, Share
I know quite a lot about gardening in general and urban agriculture and greenery in Montreal. If you want to explore some beautiful hidden green spaces in the city or talk about growing your own food, I would love to share what I have learned!
I am also a caffein addict and a beer lover, so if you are looking for the best coffee places in town or nice bars and pubs that serve local beer, I might have a couple of suggestions for you!
Countries I’ve Visited
