I'm Florencia, 30 years old, from Rosario, Argentina. Since early 2024, I've been living in Barcelona, and ever since I arrived, I've fully immersed myself in the adventure of travelling and connecting with new people. Before moving to Spain, I hadn’t had many chances to travel, so now I try to make the most of every opportunity. I love sharing moments with people from different places and cultures, and having friends all over the world.

The Couchsurfing experience really changed my perspective: I learned to trust, to open up, and to experience travel in a whole new way. Every time I stayed with locals, I felt comfortable and had that special feeling of being at home. We shared conversations, meals, walks, and laughter, and I met kind and generous people along the way.

I believe that even if there are cultural or personality differences, everything can be resolved with respect and good communication. I like creating spaces where we can connect in an honest way and share good energy.

While I do consider myself a good person, friendly, etc, I have to admit it feels a bit awkward to say nice things about myself in a presentation haha

I enjoy interacting with new people when I travel, especially with locals, because I think it's the best way to discover all the corners of a city and hear their unique stories. In 2024, I had my first experience as a guest and also meeting people online to get together, and it has been amazing! I have learned so much from the people I have met, and I am immensely grateful for the experiences. I believe that being open to meeting new people always leads to wonderful things.

Also, I want to make my dream of exploring all of Europe come true.
And there is no better way than to do it with local people! 🤍
