ABOUT ME

Hello community!
I am Florencia, born in Argentina and passionate traveler currently living in Australia (for over 4 years). I have been involved in this community on and off for several years now. The first time I came accross Couchsurfers was back in 2012 through a friend in my hometown who was hosting people, and I realized how important it is for travelers coming into new places to be able to experience them through the eyes and hearts of the local people. This is pretty much why I am here: this commune represents a fantastic opportunity to get to know details of every culture we want to explore that we would not see otherwise. Travelling while Couchsurfing has proven me there are way more kind people than bad people out there, willing to give a bit of themselves to those who come with an open heart to celebrate life together and make of this world a nicer place.
As much as I love traveling, I love exchanging stories, sharing good meals, walking around new places and learning along with new people.

Interessen

My interests are many and varied. I'm into books, movies, yoga, cooking, and all sort of outdoors activities (but not the very risky ones haha!).
I also want to learn more languages!
I'm basically here to feed my spirit, and I know the most wonderful learnings come out of the exchange with others.
