Hi, I'm Florent, I'm French and I love travelling. I'm a young man of 20, doing a Business School in third year. I live in Lille, a French city in the North. A place where beers, good meals and hapiness are the norm. But I'm from Bordeaux, you know, the famous city know for its wonderful wine.

I want my life to be meaningful, I want to promote gender equity, sustainable development and every major theme thanks to entrepreneurship. I'm already working on a project promoting equity since chilhood.

Ever since I'm little, I want to travel. Sadly I couldn't travel a lot back in the days.
I went woofing in Spain, what a great experience. I went to Portugal and Italia as well. But I want more, I want to travel, to meet people all over the world, to laugh, to learn.
I really want to go inside a culture, not only see it from the outside.

Musica, film e libri

I love lot of things, I'm the curious type. But I will try to find one title in each category that defines most.

Music : When I'm gone, Eminem That song means something for me, it's sad, well written, and so true. Eminem is a reference in the hip hop area. He made me love hip hop. I listen mostly french rap, men and women that have something special when they write. A good song is like a river. You know where you begin, but you don't know what will happen during the travel. At the end it's safe, you've seen things that changed you, but your body is still the same.

Movie : one flew over the ckukoo's nest, Milos Forman. A movie whose colors start to age, but with an eternel message. What about the human madness ? Our society is a little crazy, people are not rational. When I saw this movie, I was too young too understand it very well. But it carried a special message for me. Now, that I've seen it several times, the message is still blured.

Book : I can talk books for hours. Books have shaped me in lot of ways : culture, open-mindedness, critical spirit and other fields. But if I have to choose just one book over several I've red, I would choose : La Sombra del Viento, Carlos Ruiz Zafon. It was like an initiation : I went from books for kids to books for adults. I realized how complex could be the man. How wonderful could be love, a notion I ignored at the time. Yes it was a wonderful experience. I promised not to re opened it, never. The feeling I've had reading it must never change.

But I love many many other things, books, music and all. Just meet me, I would be happy exchanging on that subjects.

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

I've lost 50 kg. I was fat, and not very at ease with myself. I've realized that it was too much. I could have had health problems. I went further. It was hard but with the help of friends and family, I succeeded in that. I lost 50 pounds over 4 years. And now, even though I'm not that thin, I'm glad to be who I am.
