I'm a 24 year old student from Karlsruhe, Germany.

This autumn I am spending my semester abroad in Skövde, Sweden and I really looking forward to all the great experiences and people that await me.

I am really interested in science or generally the geeky kind of stuff but also like to party or have some meaningful, philosophical conversation.

Apart from that, I am generally up for anything because if you can have fun doing it... whatever, so can I.

That is what a family friend told me before my trip to sweden and it is supposed to mean: Find a friend wherever you go and you will always be at home.

I just recently got into travelling by myself and couchsurfing sounded like a great way to meet up with like minded people around the world.
