Well, my name is Florian and I'm 26 years old. I'm from Germany from a city which you probably will not know, it's called Saarbrücken and close to the French border.

A few years ago I was studying in France, in Rennes, to be exact. This is actually really when I discovered, that I really like traveling. There I I met a lot of different people and I really learned to appreciate the Spanish/Southamerican way of living, it's like they are taking everything a lot easier, a lot more relaxed.
So long story short : when I returned from there it did not take long for me to prepare my application for an other Erasmus, this time in Spain, where I'm sitting right now, writing this text while I actually should be studying for my exam of tomorrow..

What else..i really like Sports. (running, swimming, bike, volleyball...) I don't get how people can live without it, if I'm not able to do it for some days, I'm really getting depressed.
From time to time I like to draw, but mostly that's more like trial and error, than really good work.

In fact, I think, that I'm not really good in talking about myself, but I've tried either way ;)

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

I'm pretty new to couchsurfing.
Never done it, to be honest, but I've got some friends which are using it a lot and i like the idea of it, so i thought : Well, why not, let's just try it !
I think the community could be pretty cool and furthermore I love traveling myself and if you can get to meet some new people in the process, even better !

Música, películas y libros

Actually, I like most kinds of music. The important part is, that there is some text and meaning in it, so I'm not really a fan of electronic music or Jazz. Also i prefer to understand the music I'm listening to ! Although - I know some pretty cool japanese Bands.. and I don't speak japanese at all ;)

When I was younger I read really a lot of Fantasy-books. Now that changed a bit. If I had more time I'd read more I guess, but to be honest, when time is getting short, reading is always the first thing I stop doing. Although I'm not really proud of it.

Movies : Well, I can't really describe the genre, so I will just give you some examples ;)
I really enjoyed "Scrubs" and "How I met your mother." "Game of Thrones", of course. Also "Dexter" and "Supernatural". "Narcos", "Black Hawk down", really anything of Leonardo di Caprio, except Titanic. "Harry Potter" and "The lord of the rings", "Star wars".. just to give some examples, i think i could go on pretty long like this, so I'll stop here.
Just on more : the best serie I ever saw was "Firefly". If you have some spare time, it's really worth it !

Qué puedo ofrecer a los anfitriones

I'm not quite sure of this really, maybe my stories, although I'm not too great in telling them..and also a bed if they ever want to visit me at my place ! ;)
