Before studying physics I worked for a year in england as a gardener with special needs people and spent several month gardening with special needs children in Ecuador. In Heidelberg besides working in environmental physics I was mainly engaged in:
*) gardening project (www.wildwuchs-hd.de): we grow vegetables and fruits on 1ha and do gardening projects with kids
*) food-cooperative (www.appelunei.uni-hd.de): we run a shop with regional/ecological/package-reduced products together
*) bike workshop (www.urrmel.uni-hd.de): self-help bike workshop with assistance
*) different music ensembles ranging from classic to gipsy music

Now I am in Hefei, China working at the University of science and technology

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like to give couches to surfers and to surf on couches.

I am happy to help with gardening, repairing bikes or other things and playing guitar (plus physics&math if someone should ever be interested in that). I enjoy a lot to share cooking and learn new meals.
