I'm from a small town called Leefdaal in Belgium. I love books and music, but what I do most in my free time is painting and bouldering. I also cook and bake a lot. This summer I’m graduating in Anthropology, so I live cultural exchanges and learning new languages. I speak Flemish, English and Italian.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think travelling isn't only about sightseeing and checking places off of your list. It's also learning about culture and getting to know people you would never meet if you stayed on the beaten path. Couchsurfing for me is a way of doing exactly that.

My favorite artists are Of Monsters And Men, Florence and the Machine, Fleetwood Mac, Gaia Gozzi and Hozier. I have read too many books to make a list, but I think my all-time favorite is Secret Life of Bees by Sue Monk Kidd. Movies? La Dea Fortuna without a doubt.
