ABOUT ME

Hello world ! My name if Florian, and I'm originally a dancer/performer, dance teacher. I'm slowly transitioning to a more "emotion oriented" career offering emotional support, mostly using sophro analysis techniques. I'm currently living in NYC, where I teach a functional training called bodyART ( inspired by yoga, pilates, qi gong, physical therapy and more, and which help increasing body awareness, strength, balance flexibility and mind focus through breath) following my instincts, and building myself slowly but surely ;-)
