About Me
CURRENT MISSION
My current mission: finally add more countries to my list, but not just to check them, but also to really get them to know. I love both staying in hostels/hotels and couchsurfing, as well. I had some awesome past years in many countries and cities with my family, but now, as a "grown up", it's time to hit the road. And I also hate to write texts like this one, you actually know what it's about ;)
ABOUT ME
I was born in a small town in Germany and grew up near Berlin. With the age of 9, my dad took me to Paris by train, as we had free train rides. So my passion of travelling just began in my early childhood and has never stopped. At the moment I'm studying Cartography and spatial media, so everything with satellites and maps, if you cannot imagine anything by this. See the connection? ;)
I don't like small talk, it's always the same and there is nothing exciting about it.
You just hate it, when traveling half a year through Australia and New Zealand and passing by other travellers.
Wanna talk with me? Just do!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Firstly: No high expenses...
that's why we all spend time on couchsurfing! :D
There is also no better way than getting to know the place by locals and see hidden or "secret" places, not just the "Lonely Planet"- places.
Interests
Taking my camera with me and relax with the clicking of the mirror/ or the sound machine, which pretends to be a mirror and along with it eating burgers or fries with tons of mayonnaise on it. And I do look like a beanpol, though.
- traveling
- cartography
- communications

Music, Movies, and Books
I had a time where I was listening to music every second, but when I started to commute every morning I just watch people passing by and talking dumb stuff. Never tried? That's relaxing as hell!
I don't read book, when I do, it's books like "In a sunburned country" by Bill Bryson. But travel blogs are much more in my interest!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
There is not "THE ONE" thing! There are lots of amazing things I've done in my life so far. Snorkelling the Ningaloo reef with Nemos, driving around Australia or sleeping under the stars at the beach for a week with fireworks and rain.
Teach, Learn, Share
Sharing is caring. I care about good conversations and travel experiences.
