About Me
ABOUT ME
Currently settled down in Dresden and enjoying the great atmosphere of the city, while studying.
I have been on the road for more than a year to get to know humans, now I want to get to back up my experiences academically.
While travelling nature makes my trip beautiful, the people I meet make it interesting. I love having long conversations about whatever seems important to talk about and I try to skip smalltalk whenever possible.
I get along with most people I meet and hope to meet you soon and have a face to face talk, so you can make your own picture about me.
PHILOSOPHY
I keep wondering about what inspires people in different parts of the world. For me I take those little pieces of different cultures/religions, that I personally like, as my own philosophy.
One dream I have is to live like the people described in the book "The Papaplagi".
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
One reason for traveling is obviously to see beautiful spots. But actually it is way more exciting and interesting to me to understand the place properly and see it from the view of someone who lives there. Couchsurfing is a great platform to connect me to locals, that like to spend time with me and also have a language in common with me (or the other way around, in which I am the local).
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Have been a guest in many places and made a lot of good friends from everywhere. Also when I had the chance hosted a few people and it was great to experience the other side of Couchsurfing as well.
Interests
I guess my biggest interest is talking, preferably in a relaxed atmosphere with a drink or on a walk.
Apart of love for traveling, I really love music (both, listening and making), sports like biking, running, soccer, beach volleyball, spike ball, flunky ball, chess, fooding (big love for Indian style, but also Italian, Iranian or whatever), swimming, hiking, bouldering, chess and more...
I like maths, talking about politics and what drives societies, how its behaviour could be changed to a more (environmental) sustainable way and then even take action after talking.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: Quite many different music directions, depends on my mood. E.g.: Classic, Pop, Rock, Reggae, Latino (mainly Reggaeton y Cumbia), Rap and more...
Movies: Some of my favourites are: The Shawshank Redemption, Forrest Gump, City of God, Life is Beautiful, The Usual Suspects, The Untouchables, The Prestige, Django Unchained, Life of Brian, Into the Wild, Invictus, Catch Me If You Can, The Help and more...
Books: One of my favourites is The Papalagi. Ken Follett's Trilogies, The Medicus, books of Harari, Siddharta and more
Whether it is a music direction I didn't list, a movie that doesn't seem to fit into my list or a book that you think, that should definitely be read, I would love to get new suggestions if you write a request to me :)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Cycling up the highest volcano on Easter Islands and have a view to the Ocean to all directions. One of the most beatiful moments of my life.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach a little bit about the different languages I speak or basic guitar or piano skills.
I would like to learn whatever your passion is, because if you do something passionate, it will probably become my interest as soon as you start talking about it.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Mainly time and talks. I enjoy cooking and having a nice dinner together at home, so I'd be more than happy if we prepare a meal together.
