🧘‍♂️ On my journey I have a few constants following me for a while - yoga, meditation and mindfulness to name a few. I currently also do some teachers training in that area.

🌱 I'm often laughing and always enjoying life. I'm vegan. Going my own way - Love exploring - Love to be among people - Love nature - Love bouldering!

🎶 Recently I discovered the magic and touching sound of handpans for me. Now it's one of my biggest passions and I love to spread this magic.

💻 Mindfulness meets IT - I want to build apps for mindfulness, that teaches and/or support meditation and yoga and other topics that reach my heart.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

Hosting as well as surfing is really fun for me. But more important I found really amazing friends through this community. And I have so many good memories to lots of bigger couchsurfer events, to cool hosts or surfers.

I have a broad interest in everything that's fun ;-)
Okay maybe a little bit more detailed. First and foremost I love bouldering and climbing as well as cooking. I love being in the nature and I like doing outdoor sports/stuff in general.

But for a relaxing evening or a rainy day I enjoy board games or just having cool chats. Art and especially selfmade stuff makes me interested.

And last but not least - Exploring, learning more about everything, escape the everyday life.

Enseña, aprende, comparte

I can teach you something in somatics (yoga, breathing technics, stress relief and much more), how to cook a delicious vegan meal or teach you some german.

For the learning part, I am curious about life in general, about do-it-yourself things, about personal development, entrepreneurship and much more.

And I am always up for some jamming - Enjoying beautiful music together.
