Hi, I'm Florina and I'm currently traveling through the Scandinavian countries. I love nature and animals. I would like to explore the beautiful nature and wildlife, meet new people and gain life experiences. Laira is my Golden Retriever dog and accompanies me on my travels. She loves all people and gets along great with other dogs. Since November 2024 we are also an official therapy dog team.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

One of the most exciting and beautiful things for me when traveling is meeting new people, having interesting conversations and getting an insight into the culture and authentic life of other people. That is very inspiring for me and the best memories.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like older music, 80s and 90s songs (e.g. ABBA) but also more modern pop.

My favorite book changes from time to time, but at the moment it's “Das Herzenhören” by Jan-Philipp Sendker.

I like many different movies, adventure movies, documentaries, romances...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The whole solo traveling with my dog in my van is a super great experience. I've had such wonderful encounters with other people and found the most beautiful places I've ever seen.

Sitting in a warm HotPot and marveling at the Northern Lights was definitely a super great experience too.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am a cheerful, upbeat person. If anyone needs help, I'm happy to help. I love being active and trying out new things. My therapy dog Laira is always up for a cuddle, or even an assignment... Just having a good time together, exciting conversations or cooking, singing, hiking together. Whatever suits you.
