Live your life! Don't only think about it, make your dreams reality, every moment, every now! Like this you can life totally with your entire being.

Decrease the noise in your head by observing it and listen to the center of yourself. Try to stop identificating yourself with others and certain behaviour patterns you and others expect from you. Be just conscious of this, all else will come natural. Don't force anything. be loose and natural

And don't forget to take it easy and enjoy all!-:)
