About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Surrounding myself with beautiful people

ABOUT ME

Some of my opening mind experiences:
I started to travel at the age of 8, on a road trip with my family through out Africa.
At the age of 15, I went to South India for a year in Auroville, an international community.
I ended up staying 2 more years after my family went back to France.
I hitch hiked with a Russian friend to Ukraine...
I spent 7 months in Andaloucia (Spain)...
hitch hiked to Greece with my mom as a birthday present...
I traveled through out the US in a hippy van ...
hitch hiked to Sweden...
I went to a theater school in Paris for 3 years...
Now I go to dependant people's houses to help their family take time for themselves. I make a trio singing group with friends and I still plan beautiful trips...
All those experiences made me who I am but I'm still not sure who that is.

PHILOSOPHY

i believe life leads me where ever i need to go ... even if it's not always easy. i'v got to learn from every experience i live.

i avoid eating animals. for a bunch of reasons: health, end sufferings, avoiding famine in the world,
why should i take the life of beings if i don't need it to be healthy? it just seems right to me but i still respect the choice of the meat eaters.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

a few... I learned about couchsurfing while hitch hiking in Greece. Someone picked us up and told us we could sleep at his place. happened to be a couch surfer who showed us the website. Since then I'v done it in Lyon FR, in New Orleans, in Copenhagen, in Valencia ES (there it saved us for a night after a 0 ride hitch hiking day. we used it as an emergency tool and someone took us in :)

Tips from a female hitch-hiker:
- No make up, no jewels, large clothes that cover feminine shapes. Not saying you should look super tough but don't look like the cutie sexy one.
- Start hitchhiking in the morning to make sure you get to destination before night. If it is a long trip be ready to plant a tent somewhere hidden because I don't recommend you hitchhiking alone at night.
- In Europe, the best for a long distance trip is highway gas stations as there are quiet some people stopping there and most of them are going your direction.
-Be ready to say "no thanks" to drivers you don't have a good feeling about. It's OK to say no and you will have to sometimes.
- If you are asked for favors (rarely happens) Do not freak out! take it as a simple question and clearly explain that you are not interested and that you hitch hike to travel. A visible cellphone is a strong repellent as it shows you are in contact with people you know.
