ABOUT ME

I live in a modest, home built, solar electric homestead in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia.
I work from my home now after a career of forestry, wildland firefighting and fish and game. Now I work on Conservation Easements and Carbon Sequestration. In my spare time I am an gardener and yoga teacher

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have been blessed with a wide array of adventurous souls who have surfed my couch, fouton, porch and cabin. I personally surfed in south america the winter of 2012.

Couch Surfin' Rocks! We have had the most eclectic pot lucks and music jams on the porch....magic snapshots in time of random people meeting and enjoying life and each other!
