Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Living...one day at a time and trying to learn as much as I can in the process.
ABOUT ME
I'm small in stature, but big in personality if you take the time to get to know me. But, the best part about me is that I'm becoming someone new all the time! Watching things grow-especially plants and kids is something I find quite fascinating. I have a fondness for the process of creating-anything really, but especially things made of fabric and paper. Change, especially of a drastic nature, is something I thrive on.
PHILOSOPHY
You get what you give, yup.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Haven't really participated, yet, though I have a lot of friends who have nothing but good things to report from their experiences.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have mostly had spontaneous couchsurfing experiences (meeting people while traveling), and they have all been awesome.
Interests
So many...and new ones arise all the time. Currently, music of all kinds, learning to play my ukulele, dancing, reading, making art, making clothes, making stuff, riding my bike, traveling, hanging out with kids, hanging out with goats and bees and chickens, walking in the woods, walking in the park, walking in the city, having funny interactions with random folks, gardening/farming/homesteading, learning languages, learning anything, connecting with people, making/eating yummy food, experimental cooking and fermentation projects, laughing and myself, loving my life.

Music, Movies, and Books
Oh geez...let's save this one for when we meet, eh?
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Several years ago, I went to Thailand and was kayaking out to an island off Ko Chang when I looked up and saw a school of these silvery fish flying through the air, glistening in the sunlight and heading straight for me. Then they dove in the water and vanished from my eyes-it was breathtaking and perpetuated my belief that something beautiful is happening somewhere in the world every single moment.
Teach, Learn, Share
gardening, sewing, cooking/baking, making cheese and other adventures in fermentation, ...I also love trying new things, so if you need help with something...I'm definitely your girl.
