ABOUT ME

From Bozeman, Montana to central Florida to San Diego, CA. Finally ended up in the mountains in Mammoth Lakes, CA teaching skiing and realizing my passion for the mountain life. I am definently a mountain girl no dout about it. Anything to do with nature or being outdoors, I'm in! I live adventure and love to travel. Do my best to stay postive with an open-heart and open mind, living in the moment. Always being true to myself and others. Enjoying every moment as if its my last.

Interests

Most passtionate about yoga and skiing. Learning spanish and guitar for trade of yoga and occasionally a free massage. Love running trails at high altitudes, running on the beach, surfing, kayaking, kickboxing, hiking, ocean swimming, snorkeling/diving, cliff jumping. Nothing brings more joy then hula hooping. Sunrise hot tub soaks are BOMB! Love music of any kind but most of the time jams I can dance or sing to. Big fan of karaoke. Eat healthy but LOVE something sweet. Coffee is the best creation on earth. At the end of the day yoga is the way.

Have 5 years without a drink or a smoke! Huge accomplishment! Living high on life!

Teach, Learn, Share

The biggest gift I get from teacing yoga is being able to share it with others. Watching people grow and become more aware. I want to share this gift, learn about other cultures, see and experience the world.
