ABOUT ME
I'm passionate about life and its twists and turns. I've been a fire spinner in Iran, an anthropologist in Berlin, a student in Pakistan, a clown in refugee camps in Thailand, a bookworm in the Netherlands and an office worker part time clown fire spinner in Afghanistan. I love good stories. To listen to them and to tell.
So which story brought you here?
PHILOSOPHY
Try to live intense and tolerant.Intense in the way of feeling that you're alive whenever possible. Tolerant not in the way of looking away but of trying to understand what makes the things turn out the way they are. Change happens every minute. Keep your eyes open.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Slept on the ground in a Syrian language school and on the rugs in a bazaar-shop, experienced Iranian hospitality and Turkish friendship. Surfed in Marocco and Pakistan and had the most amazing time ever, getting to know people on the street who later on turned out to be cs'ers, too. ;-P

Music, Movies, and Books
I'm interested in any book, any kind of music and movies -as long as they're able to take me with them or to teach me something ;-)
I love Michael Ende, Shaun Tan's books, Moonshadow and graphic novels, Baraka, Waking life, Tori Amos and Eddie Vedder, emancipator and alt-j, electronic music, gypsie and balkan beats, handmade music, singing in the kitchen, dancing in the living room, listening to people playing the guitar on rooftops and reading out stories to other people.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
stepped over my own fear to see others for what they really are and eventually even became friends with my own fear.
Teach, Learn, Share
I could teach: Playing the flute, poi/staff playing, laughing, singing, creative writing, project planning, writing faster on computer with two fingers than most people with two hands, (vegetarian and vegan) cooking, sewing, dreaming out loud...
What I'd like to learn: pashto, meditation, unicycling, magic tricks, more juggling, playing the accordeon, living boundless...
