About Me
What could a 22 years old guy from the warm south of Italy be doing on the other side of the English Channel? Definitely a lot of things!
In my case the answer is: doing an internship in a sailing team (not sailing myself unfortunately). I live in UK since July and this is the second country I've lived in outside of Italy. The other one is the Netherlands, where I have to finish my studies in aerospace engineering. Staying away from home is part of my inclination to make new experiences, challenge the unknown and overcome the worries for changes in life (not that I don't like staying in my hometown sometimes!).
In my free time (I wish I had lot more of free time!!) I enjoy practicing sports such as waterpolo or football, playing my ukulele (it's a funny story behind how I started playing it), challenge myself at cooking (another funny story behind), joining improv sessions if I am able to find any group of people doing that and in general have good time with other people!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
What could be better to join together love for travelling and passion for human contact? Personally I think that this life in this world represents such a great opportunity to explore and discover, that staying always inside the same walls or the same roads is really a pity! Besides, human being can be so particular and surprising sometimes that it's absolutely not worth to limit human contact just to what we usually have for study or work, not to mention the one limited to social media!
