About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Find "it". Finish these degrees, see the world & dive into life.

------------
I'm a French/Norwegian mix, I've lived several years in the U.S but now I'm back in Europe, specifically Norway and making the best of it by trekking across our beautiful mountains and kayaking along our endless coast whenever I'm not locked into studying life, which is also a huge part of my life.

I have always been curious about "what's out there", and there's really only one way to find out. I collect experiences, not things (I'm lucky to have everything I need, gotta say), I often stray off the beaten path, never for the purpose of unconventionality alone, but to make sure I make my own choices and end up where I'm supposed to be.

So far that's been working out alright.

PHILOSOPHY

"It doesn't always help us to love the world, but it does prevent us from hating the world."

"The past reflects eternally between two mirrors - the bright mirror of words and deeds, and the dark one, full of things we didn't do or say."
-Shantaram

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Keep it real, host, show people my city! Live in student housing so limited space is putting it mildly!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Nearly impossible to single one experience out, but I have to Say Fall Break weekend with a big crowd of CS'ers in NOLA was spectacular fun.

Interests

I love sports and eating, trying all different kinds of food, world affairs, discussions, sneaking up on roof tops, writing, long nights, experiencing different people & their cultures, cooking, climbing/hiking, rivers, animals, history, politics, discussions...

Most of all meeting people, understanding new corners of the world, places, natural beauty and art...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Tayrona National Park. About 8-9PM the clearest, starriest sky I have ever seen.

Kayaking around my home town seeing extreme amounts of bioluminescence sparkling off my paddle and rolling in the waves into the night...
