Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy non-fiction books about science, or biographies of scientists. I like books which inspire me. My favorite movies are Mel Brooks films, Monty Python films, and basically anything starring Tom Hanks. As for music, the Beatles and Billy Joel are my jam.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Seeing an avalanche at the Swiss Alps in Switzerland. Coming face-to-face with a grizzly bear at Yellowstone Park in Wyoming, USA. Crowd surfing at a rock concert in Copenhagen, Denmark. Snorkeling in the Pacific Ocean off Catalina Island. Stealing back my umbrella from a minibus driver in the Romanian countryside.
