To meet new people and see new places. Hopefully we will get inspired to go to places we've never thought of visiting before!

ABOUT US

We're an easy going couple living in the heart of Skåne, the southmost county of Sweden, in a typical Swedish red house with white corners. We moved here in 2015 from Malmö, which is only a 40 minutes trainride away. We both work full time so unfortunately we might not have the time to host as often as we would wish to, seeing as we want get to know our guests. We have a dog (a staffy) named Tifa who lives in the house with us.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Carolina has been on couchsurfing quite a lot, but has only had time to host a few times. She has not had the opportunity to surf herself. Dennis is new to couchsurfing and has yet to find out what it is all about :)

兴趣

Our common interests are travelling (of course!), scuba diving and snowboarding. We also like taking long walks with the dog and we live in an area where there are lots of trails and tracks for walking. Other than that we like music, meeting up with friends or getting to know new people.

Carolina:
I love sailing, seeing as I grew up on an island. I'm also interested in art and design, as well as languages, cultures and stories.

Dennis:
I'm a bit of a nerd when it comes to music, wine and video games. I like singing and sometimes I pick up the guitar. Fishing is also a casual hobby of mine, pretty handy that there's a lake just around the corner!

Tom Waits, Rolling stones, Supertramp, Queen, Bruce Springsteen, and a lot more... If you visit, you will probably be surprised!

Westerns is a favorite of Dennis'. Carolina likes italian movies, especially Benigni's. We also watch a lot of series like Black sails, Game of thrones, Walking dead, Modern family etc.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Back in 2011 Dennis lived in Melbourne for half a year, and around Christmas Carolina went there to bring him home. But before returning home we spent a month roadtripping with a bunch of friends from Airlie beach down to Melbourne. We enjoyed (almost) every minute of it despite the heat, the non air-conditioned campervans that broke down every now and then and all the various spiders and insects. What we remember most are the sceneries, the laughs, the people we met - all in all it was an amazing journey!
