Poetic introduction:
I like to drink coffee, to smell the fresh air of a new day, to cycle to work.
I like to read, to edit text, to play basketball, to drink beer with friends, to cook, to grow tomatoes, to walk in the forest.
I like to see the highway stretch out in front of me, to start walking in a new city in the morning.
I like to meet people from abroad and impress them with the three words I know in their language, to ask them how things are at home.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My best experiences abroad have been when I was at peoples' homes. My worst experiences abroad have been when I was lonely.

I have studied history and politics but I'm also interested in biology, literature, sociology, anthropology, philosophy, law and economics. I have studied Eastern European Studies, but basically I'm interested in every country.
