ABOUT ME

Russian. Moscovite.
Studied first in Moscow, then got my Bachelor degree in Norway (Public Relations), spending one semester in Newcastle, England.
Couchsurfing became a part of my life since my hitch-hiking trip in Scotland.
Now I am back to the home harbour - entered Master programme in Folklore studies and ethnography in Moscow.
I am really keen on different cultures. My special love is Serbia (and Balkans in general), the Caucasus and the Baltic region.
I work in the editorial staff of a war literature magazine, which I am very glad at.
For my greatest pity, I've never had suitable accommodation to host couchsurfers, but I hope to start doing it soon.

I work for a literary journal "Art of War: creative works by veterans of recent wars"

We publish literary works in prose, poetry, journalism, memoirs and so on. The aim of this project is to help veterans live with dignity. And to give the society concern about recent wars, which still go on all around the Globe.
