Here's a short note to let you know what to expect:
- I generally don't accept requests for just one night. How can you get to know someone in just one day? :)
- Don't send me requests for more than ~2 weeks ahead, I like to stay flexible for my own travels
- You'll be accepted into a big family of 15 housemates, no matter how short or long you stay
- During the day I usually work/study but I'll recommend you all the best places to go
- At night I usually think of something fun to do, from night canoeing to comedy nights to going out with friends
- I expect you to join the fun! ;)
- I might accept another surfer with whom you'll share the attic, if you don't want this please say so in your request. Usually it proves to be double the fun :)

My name is Fons, like The Fonz from happy days. Eeeyyyyyy. (I do own a white t-shirt but not a leather jacket nor motorcycle.)

I live for adventure. Give me a mountain, a sky full of puffy cumulus clouds, a new city, a bottle of wine, an interesting person, or some running shoes, and I'm joyful.

The mountain I will climb and then paraglide from the top, soaring as far as the eye can see on the thermals under the puffy cumulus clouds.
The city I will wander randomly.
The wine I will sip, then gulp, then drink at once.
The interesting person I will laugh with for hours.
By the time I get the running shoes I'll be so drunk from the wine that I'll put them on my head and imitate a penguin.
