Ever since I started interacting with people who look, think, and say different I acknowledged that my knowledge needed to expand in order to understand better their beliefs, cultures, and philosophies. Each interaction I had with them was a learning experience which I combined with things I read in books, magazines, and online news. The combination of these has given me a brief idea about how people think and feel about themselves and others. After many years of learning basic components about other cultures and people, I decided to try something new that it helped me much better to understand the current society where I live, my culture, and myself. That experience was traveling to different regions in North-Central-South America, Europe and the Caribbean; places that gave me life experience...

The combination of being here in North-America (place I currently live) and traveling in different counties has given the chance to confront my fears, has given the knowledge of knowing that I'm never alone, has given the opportunity of trying new things, has given the chance to know that there are not 'mistakes", has given me the opportunity of finding the value in getting lost, have given the chance to develop confidence and so on...

I don't know folks but I'm satisfy I chose going through that challenging and fun path because taught me appreciation about life....

At some point, I want to expand my knowledge traveling to regions such as African, Middle East, and Asia. But for right now, I want to learn about these societies by reading and interacting with them when I get the chance. I know I have to learn more about myself and others but that's the challenge I'm willing to face...
