ABOUT ME

Hey there, I am Fons Janssen and I live in Veulen. Veulen (which means "little horse" in Dutch) is situated in the rural surroundings in the north of Limburg. However in this small village there are plenty of things to do and the other towns and cities are nearby.
At the moment I am a fourth year bachelor student on the Wageningen Life Science Univeristy. Every year I want to do a large summer trip and so I like to attend summer schools.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Due to my international summerschools I know already quite some people in the major cities of Europe, however I really would like to learn more people in the city during the last days of my stay.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I haven't got any couchsurfing experience, but I have already visited Stuttgart, Paris and Brussels as a backpacker.

Interests

I like many kinds of music, but I prefer rock and pop, last year I went to black motocross festival (http://www.zwartecross.nl/EN) and it was stunning. Moreover like to improvise singing with my guitar.
Besides from music I like to hang out with my friends. We have a garage at a friend of mine. There we can gather to go out or having a good evening. And in the summer time nothing is better than to play soccer, having a camp fire and a beer

I have a lot of nice stories about the Netherlands. I am from the countryside, so you will experience better stories than from Amsterdam.
